Somaushub.com accepts returns within 60 days of the order delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and hygiene liners intact to be eligible for a refund.

We provide free return shipping for all qualifying items. Customers are not responsible for any return shipping fees, ensuring a hassle-free and low-risk shopping experience.

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including worn items, damaged merchandise, and final-sale products. Any items not meeting our return conditions will not be approved for a refund.
